Deposit Information for New Clients

We’re really looking forward to welcoming you for your first appointment at Kind.

For new clients, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Please don’t worry though, there’s no need to pay anything until we’ve personally confirmed your appointment.

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to pay the deposit. This deposit secures your massage appointment. The remaining balance is payable in person on the day of your treatment.

If a deposit is paid before we’ve confirmed the appointment, it won’t automatically secure your slot.
