Use in a diffuser 4-5 drops, burn for 30 minutes (no longer than that if you can help it.) to calm respiratory, coughing and congestion. 

Bergamot may irritate  sensitive skin. Never use during pregnancy.

Do not use directly on skin, rinse well with plenty of water if irritation occurs and stop use.
