Annabel Hockey-Smith is a qualified Holistic Massage Therapist with advanced training in Deep Tissue techniques, Swedish massage, Hot Stone therapy, and Indian Head massage.

Her journey into massage and healing began in 2022 at the popular Zen by the Sea in Margate. Since then, she has developed her practice as an independent therapist at the prestigious Falmouth Natural Health Practice in Cornwall, where she worked for two years before relocating to Plymouth in 2025.

Annabel’s massage style is deep, restorative, and pain-relieving, with lasting benefits. She is passionate about understanding the body and specialises in targeting and relieving deep-rooted aches and tensions that build up through everyday life.
