Jo brings a gentle, whole‑person approach to her work, shaped by nearly 24 years as an NHS Therapeutic Radiographer supporting patients through cancer treatment. That experience taught her the value of care that looks beyond symptoms and helps people feel grounded, balanced and truly seen.

She retrained in 2022 as a Massage Therapist and Reflexologist, later adding Aromatherapy, Indian Head Massage and Sound Therapy. Her treatments support relaxation, wellbeing and everyday resilience for clients across Plymouth and the South Hams.

Jo’s qualifications are recognised by the International Institute of Complementary Therapists, and she is fully insured.
