Hair Ritual: Cleanse with Intention
Take a deep breath. Let the steam from the shower surround you, softening your senses. Allow this moment to be just for you.
Wet your hair and gently rub the shampoo bar between your hands or directly onto your scalp to create a rich lather.
Using your fingertips, massage the lather into your scalp in slow, circular motions. Visualise tension and build-up washing away. Let the natural oils awaken your senses — citrus for clarity, or mint for renewal.
Rinse thoroughly, letting the water carry away what no longer serves you. Feel your scalp clean, refreshed, and your hair light.
