Fill your tub with warm water. Sprinkle in a handful of the bath salts and swirl to dissolve, releasing the soothing scent of lavender.

mind.
As you soak, repeat softly: “I am calm. I am clear. I am at peace.”
After 15–20 minutes, gently rise, pat your skin dry, and apply a light body oil or lotion. End with a deep breath and gratitude for this moment of care.
